Lead Developer, Lisbon Metropolitan Area
We're looking for someone excited to lead the technical build of our MVP: a clean, cross-platform mobile app (3 tabs: Home, Search, My Sound) focused on music discovery and seamless playback, plus a simple web dashboard for artist uploads.
The job is for 30-40h/week, with the opportunity to go full-time. Equity will also be included in the contract(vested).
Responsibilities
We value open, direct, and kind communication — quick async updates via Whatsapp, weekly 30-min video syncs (flexible times), and honest feedback both ways.
We move fast but sustainably: clear milestones, and room for your input on architecture and features. We're remote-first, but with reserved sprint-weeks once a month. Flexible with time zones (Europe preferred), and focused on building something meaningful without burnout.
You’ll have creative freedom on the tech side, and the chance to help redefine how people discover and feel music. We’re bootstrapped, so we keep things lean, focused, and fun.
