SoulSound is a streaming-only platform. Your tracks are never downloadable and never leave the app. You keep full ownership, and you can remove your music at any time, no questions asked.
When revenue exists, one fair model applies to every label — the earliest labels are the first to benefit from it.

A non-exclusive license to stream your music on SoulSound. You retain full ownership. No exclusivity, no transfer of rights.
Specifically, we ask permission to:
Stream your tracks in full to SoulSound users
Include your music in demos to potential label partners and investors
Tag your music using the SoulSound tagging system — genre, mood, tempo, energy
Feature your label on the SoulSound website as a founding label
Your rights
You keep full ownership of your music at all times. You may request removal of any or all tracks at any time. Removal will be actioned promptly, no questions asked.
Tagging
Every track is tagged personally by the SoulSound founder, using the standard documented in the Soulsound tagging taxonomy. If you disagree with any tag, we will discuss and revise it.
Revenue
SoulSound does not currently have a revenue model. When one is introduced, it will apply consistently to every label on the platform. Labels who join earliest will be the first to benefit from it.
Founding status
Founding label status is permanent. You will be recognised on the SoulSound website from day one.
As a founding label, you have:
A permanent place in the SoulSound founding story
Direct access to the founding team
Real input into the direction of the platform
Recognition for helping define what SoulSound sounds like from the beginning

This is not a formal contract and does not require a signature. Submitting your tracks and confirming the checkbox below constitutes agreement to these terms. You may request a copy of this agreement at any time.

By submitting, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to license this music and that you agree to the terms above.
